Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to the EmployPath Enterprise Infrastructure.

Introduction and Agreement
By accessing or using the EmployPath platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). EmployPath provides an enterprise-grade cloud human resources information system, applicant tracking, and payroll infrastructure. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Enterprise Subscription and Billing
Features and capabilities are billed dynamically based on your organization's active headcount and the specific modules enabled in your SaaS contract. You agree to provide a valid payment method. Modifying headcount tiers during an active billing cycle will result in automated, pro-rated ledger adjustments applied to the following invoice.

Data Privacy, Encryption, and Security
EmployPath commits to maintaining industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for your organization's data. All global payroll ledgers and personal identifiable information (PII) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3 protocol architectures.

User Responsibilities and Governance
You are explicitly responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your master administrator accounts. You agree to notify EmployPath immediately of any unauthorized access to your tenant. Under no circumstances may reverse engineering of the abstract pathway matching algorithms occur.

Artificial Intelligence Matching Compliance
If utilizing the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), the EmployPath AI matching engine provides objective suggestions. Organizations remain solely responsible for final employment decisions and maintaining compliance with local non-discrimination and equal opportunity directives within their respective operational jurisdictions.

Intellectual Property
The Service, including its UI, software code, exclusive wordmarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of EmployPath Inc. Nothing in these Terms gives you a right to utilize the EmployPath name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features without prior explicit contractual consent.

Termination and Off-boarding
You may securely request termination of your workspace at any time. EmployPath strongly recommends initiating a comprehensive data export prior to permanent workspace deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in instances of severe Terms violations.
